G4 NEW hl2 level about to be shown...

For those who don't know the Screensavers got turned into Attack of the show(G4 is a name genious). Also, one of the hosts(Kevin Peirrera sp?) said that this a sneak peak into a Half Life 2 expansion pack. Wether he misread the teleprompter or if it indeed is an expansion pack I don't know.

EXPANSION PACK?! Omg omg!!! :imu: They will say some big things tonight! Its on the G4 network, it was TechTv at one point and another at some other point of time. This show is on 4PM Pacific Standard Time and 7PM Eastern Standard Time. On Directv the channel is on 354. I hope this clears up the mass confusion.
 
I doubt any news on an expansion pack. Dont get your hopes up. And it will most likely be at the end of the show so around 4:45 PST.
 
Hopefully in the mean time some screencaps will be made.

This show is terrible. The screen savers hasn't been the same since Leo left.
 
Jee all this chit chat and they don't even know people are watching them. I'm hitting the mute button. Leo Laporte is a god with Kevin and the other guy from "Call for Help". Now its an intern, another Kevin and some hot babe who just has to look good to be on the show. Nothing is even remotely related to technology. People you are missing nothing, right now.
 
Wow something related to a computer. You guessed it, not fixing computers but a game rig. And this game rig looks like it fits in a backpack. Wow who cares, keep on the jibber jabber and my post count...

I have a very bad feeling that the HL2 segment will be at the end of the show and will run less than 5 min or less. You really don't want to be watching this. I mean Kevin is talking about how its so cool that this guy cut his pc case without a laser cutter! LMAO. Anyone can do it without a laser cutter.
 
Why is it illegal? I have the channel, I have the rights to the video.
 
OMG DID YOU JUST SEE THAT? Kevins Dark tip is on spam and G-mail. So he was typing in a search engine for available accounts but around the typing field is TONS of girls nude. I swear he is visiting a porn site! And he didn't even say sorry and click out, he just kept on typing. OMG! Janet Jackson boobs on tv? Pff
 
Now I remember why I don't watch G4...they've taken the shows from techtv and utterly ruined them.

I wonder if this new thing will be able to play on most of our computer. I wonder if he will talk about the expansion game? :borg:

I'm pretty sure most people have seen that before - the clip they showed was on the airboat level. I'm pretty sure it looked like that before.

Wow they showed a tech demo of the lost coast. I thought we were going to see what the gameplay actually looked like with the HDR

Good news though hl2 will be getting the HDR
 
What I liked was that he said they were going to put HDR in HL2 itself. I can't wait!

i hope my 9800 pro, 2.8ghz, 1 gig of Ram comp. will be able to run the level pretty good!!! :thumbs:
