Did anyone else fit the description of a kid - 17, with about 14 broken mice?

How many times did your momma drop you on the head?

Well right back at you. It seems like you cant read for one. When did i say i broke the mice. Most of the time it was me just upgrading. Oh and the mx300 had KNOWN issues about its life span, which Logitech confirmed.

I would really like to know where you got the 17 year old as well. I guess the internets is a little complicated for you.

I've had my MX510 for 3 years, and the person before me had it for longer...

Before that was the cheap Logitech from Walmart for 15 bucks, lasted me 3 years. I've only owned, I think, 2 mice besides the good ol' ballers.

My current mouse is about 8 years old. Generic shite I got with my first PC, still works a treat apart from when one axis randomly stops responding.

I have trouble understanding how you can break a mouse. You must really pound the crap out of it. :|

Operating a mouse is a little too complicated for him. I think he might have mouse turrets syndrome.

He is really good with his money, that's how come he has so much money , yet he buys about 13 mice in just a few years, $30,000-40,0000 cars that he doesn't know how to drive, and every game ever made for every game system ever made.

Guessing your age isn't incredibly difficult Asuka, You are somewhere between the ages of 15-18. A wild guess of 17 can't be too far off. I guess that deduction isn't one of your strong points.

First it was the mx300 for years. Probably went through 4-5 of these mice.
Then i got the mx510 used that for a while. Probably went through 2.
Then i upgraded the the mx518 and went through about 3-4 of those.
After using the 518 for a while i went ahead and tried the G5 (1st time i upgraded a mouse while the other was still on the market.
It wasn't as good as the 518 but i stuck with it because of the feel and the weights. Went through 2 of these.
I started getting sick of the precision finally when i saw the G9 in a store. So i picked it up. The feel is no where near as good as the 518/G5 but its precision is insane. Stopped using weights to make it lighter and i use the ruff or smooth skin. Depends on how i feel and the game.

when you go through 4-5 of one mouse, 3-4 of another, and 2 of another, that's not a ****ing upgrade like you claim - that's a replacement for a broken mouse.

Because you are so good at reading, I'm surprised you didn't read what you typed.

Since you are so adept at using the internet maybe you can show me where logitech confirmed that the mx300 had a problem. I didn't see jack shit

You don't make any sense. And also I wasn't aware that there are multiple internets from which to choose from.

Back when i used mx300's, every gamer i knew was going through them like nothing. I ended up calling Logitech and asking if they will replace our mice. They asked what the problem was and acknowledged it was a known issue. (with the laser giving out after a while) We didn't bother sending them in, we just got knew ones instead. Takes to long to ship them out and receive knew ones.

Second i didn't think i would need to go into great detail of why i needed that many mice.

I went through about 4 mx300's every single one had its laser **** up.
The 510's i used only one died on me, same reason laser. The other i stopped using once the 518 came out. I used 3 518's 2 broke, 1 had its wire get loose the other had its buttons get stuck. I was using the 3rd when i decided to upgrade. I went through 2 or 3 g5's. My 1st ended up losing connection to the wire. This is the only mouse i ****ed up, simply because i had the wire go around the monitor and under it. I upgraded to the G9 while my 2nd G5 was still working. I remember upgrading to the G5v2 when it came out somewhere along the line of me using the G5 because they added the 2nd thumb button and that's a must have for me.

Not to mention the upgrades where about the time the mouse skates would get worn.

That's over the course of about 7-8 years. Not to mention the amount of gaming we did was insane. From tournaments and online leagues it was hardcore. It does have a much greater strain on the mouse, especially the mouse skates. When you can see the plastic get smooth under the mouse you know its been used to death.

I'm 21, nice try. oh and i find it funny your pointing out every detail in my post yet you don't realize what i did at the end.

I really cant believe i spent this time to explain myself over the Internet, but i simply cant stand toys like you. You think your better then other people or smarter but your so far far from it. Trying to point out flaws in someone you don't know or trying to be cool online really is hilarious.

Who the hell would continue buying the same mouse over and over again, when some of them broke 2, 3, 4, and 5 times? Not only that, but you kept buying the same brand.

/facepalm

I broke one mouse in like 20 years of using them. It was a Microsoft mouse, and I probably wouldn't buy another Microsoft mouse.

It's that ****ing simple Asuka. No need to start building voodoo dolls of me about it

Only problems I've ever had with my mice, and this includes like nearly a dozen of them... is the double clicking issue cropping up and it drives me nuts so I have to replace it.

Simple, because i liked the mice. (the feel that is) I don't really like changing my setup, unless necessary. Like if they don't make them anymore or something better comes out.

I usually fixed my own mice. The worst problem I had the button *left click* wasn't responding. Pop it open, fixed the issue.

I don't really see the point in getting an actual gaming moise; I'm fine with my normal optical mouse. Besides, I don't play enough games to warrant needing a gaming mouse.

I have a problem with my mice. They break. And by "they break" I mean "I smash them into pieces". Damn Counterstrike...most frustrating game ever.

You haven't played UT2004 enough if you think CS is infuriating. There is no other game that can me pissed so fast but I still come back for more.

I use a Diamondback at the moment, very nice.
