Oh, and how do you transfer screenshots from your xbox to your PC?
 
You need a Bungie.net account (Windows Live ID, which you should have) and they automatically appear there after a while. You can up them to File Share and they'll appear straight away, but I noticed screenshots I didn't upload to File Share appeared after a while.
 
When you make the screenshot, it automatically uploads to your Bungie profile, so you dont need to use the File Share. The picture quality is great too, got some awesome desktop worthy screens now!

Did you use the automap? Never played the Xbox version, not sure if they included it. Automap's are absolutely vital in all old fps's.
 
"conclusion", "trilogy" my ass, hah. Don't be shocked if nothing comes out though, I'm rather expecting a conclusion in a novel form. There'd be a lot to fill in to the player if it was Onyx in the ending though, since it's 100% novel stuff.

For starters, they are speculating.

Also, Halo obviously is a game to start with, so it's not like it started as a movie and then a game, which isn't good traditionally. It's still made by Bungie, so it should be great.

I just found all the terminals in the game and they really add alot of backstory on the forerunners and what not (plus some marathon stuff).

I read somewhere that you find out the guy in Marathon is actually wearing Mark IV Spartan Armor.

Halo 4: Marathon or something to that effect would be completely badass >_>

It would be kind of pointless. Less than 1/1000 of Halo players will have ever played Marathon.

Apparently, most haven't even played another FPS :P

I haven't really gotten into multiplayer yet, but thats mostly because I phear the Halo community at large.
 
have you guys seen the true, legendary ending? after the credits?
it sure leaves a lot open for interpretation. . .
 
Yeh, it was funny. Full of shit, but funny. He's obviously run through the game once on easy and missed everything decent about it. This isn't the first time either. Quite a few of his reviews have shown a disticnt lack of actually having played the games - being more concerned with finding witty ways to say they're shite - and an obvious bias towards the pc. Still, he's a funny guy, so all is forgiven :)

Yeah but they went through the trouble of adding a bunch of terminals linking halo to marathon, (even called the acheivement for getting them "Marathon Man") and the marathon armor for multiplayer >_> I mean im just guessing the legendary ending could be anything.

Don't think its onyx from the books though like alot of people think. If I remember correctly there was some wierd dimensional shit going on to get there or something.
 
They could include a free copy of Marathon in Halo 4.

Just a permutation that looks like the guy from marathon. I know the helmet requires you to get all the achievements I think x_x

Pish-posh, what other game review has he done that shows he hasn't played the game?

I haven't played Halo 3 so i can't agree or disagree, but you seem ticked that he bagged the single-player for being average and didn't go on about the multiplayer.

But yeah, he does bag games more than he praises them and thats why they're funny. He also admitted that in the Bioshock review he did, which was spot-on as well.

That may be so but I still find myself agreeing with his rants on far more than one occasion. The funny is just and added bonus. I've read your bigger rants on the subject Warbie and I can't help but choke when sipping my favourite beverage a few sentences in. I usually find arguing with people funny and entertaining, but in regards to Halo it consumes too much time and energy for me to give a damn. Halo is full of shit, hell everything is full of shit to someone. So perhaps before calling his "review" full of shit you'll pause to think for a moment.

Now, I consider myself a reviewer. I do tend to use a lot of comedy and irony to make things interesting but ultimately I endeavour to give my honest opinion

And that armor isn't really similar to Marathon; you can't see the spartan's mouth!
 
The Marathon info on wiki is...completely different from this universe.
 
Eh I dont know :| Im almost positive the Terminals when you get to the part were a "D" and "L" are talking to each other, that its supposed to be referring to "Durandel" and "Leela"(Was that her name?). The AIs from marathon :O
 
Dunno if this has been posted yet--its AWESOME. I have never enjoyed the Halo series but this vid has made me want to at the very least rent/borrow it ASAP!!
 
Well looks like my bro is getting a 360, parents kinda open to suggestion since he's been sick for a week (pnemonia). I guess that something to do during weekends/ breaks ;)
 
I just have a humour bypass when it comes to Halo.
