HL2.NET Myspace Directory

GASP why...... YOUR NOT ASIAN AT ALL!
 
This is the first time I've heard of Myspace :(
 
I'd rather not hand out death threats and my personal information to the same group of people kthx
 
I refuse to join the legions of Myspace emo's and punks.

I hate it when people have really emo/contrasted/slutty pictures of them on myspace, especially when they're really cool and funny kids in real life.
 
My pictures aren't like that.

Anyway, people, come on, post more. Two pages and only 3 profiles have been posted!
 
I could not bring myself to slaughter English more then that sentence already did. It was like being naked, the spaces represent my feeble attempt to clutch at some leaves to cover myself.

I tried blogging a long time ago, but I'm seriously not the blogging type.. Just dont have the attention span I guess :)

I just cant do it.. I prefer the "wiki" approach to community like that.

I want a hl2.net wiki, that includes a page for each member that only the member can modify, a small portion of which is open for others to contribute material to.

the rest of the wiki can allow users to create link directories and write articles about the site's dynamics, subcultures, and history.
 
that's a cool idea.

unfortunately, as the hl2net wikipedia article demonstrated, 90% of the site is too stupid to be trusted with editing powers over a wiki article.

I was just looking through that (in the edit history of the redirect page), and its not too bad.. the article segment on battlefrank was kinda funny.

Maybe a system where edits are moderated first or soon after they are posted.. it could be done IMO
