seeing as how "was" is a little vague, it might mean it is not a test OR
it might mean that it now IS a test

At the beginning, it said "this is not a test" and now it says "this was not a test", so I'm guessing you're right

But is there any chance, that somebody actually cracked the /admin site, and therefore is able to edit the hl2.php pages? Maybe it's not even Valve, but just some hacker-person.

But very interesting, none the less

Lastnight I dreamt i kept waking up and looking at my alarm clock and then falling back to sleep cos it wasnt time to get up. Then i woke up and looked at my alarm clock and nearly fell back to sleep, when i realised somewhen during the night i really had woken up and turned off my alarm and it was now time to get up :S
