Why is it so hard for people to realize IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO WINS THE COURT CASE.
Either way, VUG is still going to get it's money if they win the case. The extra profit Valve made from Steam will merely be forced to be given to VUG by the court. There is NOTHING gained by holding off the release date until March. Infact, they're losing money, since the holiday season will have long passed.
This is not Highschool lunch, companies arn't going to hold off products and lose profit just to spite another company, especially large ones such as VUG.
