I got my Wii 6 days ago, and been playing Zelda for 10 hours (what it says on the save clock thing), and I just got out of the village with those big strong rock type guys (Gorons, I think..), and I just got turned into a wolf again... is it going to get any harder? I only died once or twice but that was because I accidentally jumped off a cliff into lava or something like that.

It was easy enough with 3 hearts, but I've got like 6-7..

BTW, this is my first 3D Zelda game, only played the 2D ones before.

TP is pretty easy, but it's a long game. There's plenty to explore, loads of dungeons, good puzzles - you definately get your moneys worth.

I would say it's no harder than Ocarina of Time. Personally I didn't die very much at all in the game as with OoT. I do believe Zelda games need to be more difficult especially the boss encounters, it seems once you discover their weakness its just a repitition of that until you beat them.

I definitely came closer to death more in Twilight Princess than any other recent game in the series. The puzzles will also leave you genuinely scratching your head rather than just figuring out little tricks here and there to get through a room. Once you get to the third dungeon or so, the game really picks up.

But no, it is not a hard game in the least if you're accustomed to other games in the series, or just games in general. However, Zelda doesn't bring enjoyment through its difficulty.

You took the words right out of my mouth. ZTP was the first game I got for the Wii after I got it last Christmas. I love it. It's a very fun game. At least IMO. Worth every cent of it's $50 pricetag. I put playing it on hold being as I got a slew of PC games to play through. Soon as I finish them, i'll be back to playing ZTP.

This sums it up. Its not the hardest game in the world, but i've found that the level of difficulty of game rarely equates to the amount of fun i'm having. Take Lucasarts adventure games. Most of them are damn easy, but goddamn are they fun.

My sister struggles with some stuff in Zelda but most games will be fine. Its playable to everyone. It just takes my sister a hell of a lot longer to get things done. She enjoys the game none the less :D

I think I've died in TP twice now - it's pretty damn easy. I still haven't done the last boss, mind.
