I'm curious to know the following... How many of you:

1. Think he's guilty and saw 'Living with Michael Jackson'?
2. Think he's innocent and saw 'Living with Michael Jackson'?

3. Think he's guilty and didn't see 'Living with Michael Jackson'?
4. Think he's innocent and didn't see 'Living with Michael Jackson'?

I'd add a poll, but I think 1 is enough. Personally I saw it years ago and still think he's innocent.

Has he been found guilty in a court of law of child sex?

That certainly isn't a factor in your perception of a man. Bush wasn't declared an imbecile with the brain capacity of a brick, but people label him as such by anything of authority, such as a court. LOL.

what I say doesnt matter ...the media has made it clear they'll brand him as guilty ...honestly I couldnt care either way (except for the victems ..who'll probably sue MJ in a civil court) ..the cult of personality does nothing for me

The victims are going to sue Michael Jackson in a civil court? ? ? ? ? The biggest victim from this was Michael Jackson and i can only hope that he gets his money back and manages to recover from this ordeal.

The guy has been through more in the past year or so that most of us wouldn't even go through in a life time.

This isn't about Bush, this is about Michael Jackson. You should be labelling Bush as that Arvivo mother who lied in a court of law about the weapons of mass destruction....or about the kidnapping charges, etc.

I don't think I forgot it. In fact, I said that they didn't accuse in this case because they were paid millions of dollars each. Does that sound normal to you?
Yes, it seems you forgot. Those cases had nothing to do with the charges against him. In our legal system the jury delibirates on the charges they are presented with, not past allegations the prosecution likes to bring up.

Dude, seriously, just stop. It's ridiculous. Did you want Raziaar to complain about more than just the Jackson case? That wouldn't make any sense. And just because some obscure example of Republicans being stupid, it doesn't give you the right to just suddenly blurt out "Republicans are racist!" in the middle of threads for no reason.
Dude, seriously, stop addressing my topics when you have nothing to add. My post was in perfect context and had everything to do with the topic. And I do not recall ever claiming Republicans were racist; I said they don't give a ****. So unless you have something to say about my point I don't need another reply from you, k, thx.

So he "whacked" some kids off?So what?
They've probably been given a shitload of money for it even though they deny it. Even if it is true, it's partially the Parents fault anyway.
C'mon, where do u think such terms as jack-in,whack-in and beat-in off originated from eh?

I say innocent, i don't know enough to give a real verdict though.

You're right, its not about bush. But i'm just making a point that people can make up their minds about others before they even know everything about them. Just like people do with bush, just like I do with michael jackson. I will never know everything about him, but what I have seen of him, and what I feel is that he is a very unstable, and probably perverted man.

And i'm not even judging him by his cover either. If I judged him by his ever evolving cover, the opinion would be much much worse.

You must be talking about Bush. Sorry I had to take that one

Well... sure, and what I know from you I think the same thing. ;)

Kidding.

I do think he is unstable and i do think he is childish, but perverted, no.

he's just plain f*cked up in the head, but his musics still rocks

You're applying a false blanket statement to an entire group of diverse people. Its false bullshit and you know it. Just like saying all democrats fight for and care about minority rights. Its bullshit, because not all of them do.

hehe, Blanket.

:p

In response to the newly added poll, I say that he is not guilty. He was found not guilty at least twice now. Based on the number of times that he's been accused of stuff like this, many would be quick to agree that he must be quilty, yet there's still no hard evidence to suggest that.

...oh, and I still think that Anti-Climb paint is silly.

No, I am not applying false statements. Go search the politics board where I posted on the 3 strikes law and read what people had to say. And no, not all democrats, but most. Women rights, gay rights, civil rights, whatever rights have been defended by democrats; not republicans.

White people get the same penalties, buddy. 3 strikes, you're out. Its not a racial thing.

And in texas... one strike in a gun crime, I believe you go away for a long time. At least that what was playing on the TV for a while when I moved here...

Then why was the defence allowed to bring up the past allegations against the mother who had tried to get money in the past using fraud and stuff like that?

Dude, seriously, I don't give a shit if you don't want another reply to me, I don't need your permission to say that you're just rambling incoherence. I don't see the POINT in bringing up how REPUBLICANS don't care, since, you know, this is a court case and has nothing to do with Republicans and Democrats, whatsoever. You obviously just have something against Raziaar and think that bringing up the fact that he is a.. *gasp* REPUBLICAN will null and void his opinion. So go back to your shitty politics forum where you're allowed to have vendettas against people and say shit in threads that have nothing to do with the topic.

I wish republicans would be as quick to judge the justice system when a innocent black person gets convicted. Never hear an outrage from them on that.
So here is what I have to say about your point: You had no point, you brought up political parties in this thread, randomly. There is your quote. What did that have to do with anything? Save your shitty "DEMOCRATS ARE GOOD REPUBLICANS ARE EVIL!" arguement for somewhere else.

Also, feel free to respond to this post because even though I "don't need another reply from you." :)

But I'll say it again, in my opinion there was enough evidence to convict Jackson, but of course I don't know for sure if he is guilty. In fact, no one here does, but we can all have opinions. I also believe that if Jackson was not famous, he would be in jail right now. And that seems to happen far too often in this goddamn country.
