Interesting..."Under rules set out by founder L. Ron Hubbard, mental illnesses and psychotherapy are not recognised."

The difference is that they're likeable dicks.
Never seen a man speak so much truth.
lol'dWell, he's still got another jet.
Your lack of pun related knowledge is travolting.
What the fvck?:dozey: These people are fvckin retarded.John did not believe it was autism, a condition not recognised by Scientology
This is pretty serious, his son could have died indirectly because of his silly Scientology cult beliefs. The police are investigating apparently, but lets be honest...are the Bahamas police going to escalate it any further? From that article:

I'm not raging at Dog--, I'm referring to my previous post. It's pretty sickening...http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showpost.php?p=2852148&postcount=38I laugh at people raging at dog cause he can't give two shits about some kid randomly dying. I'm the same way, because his death has no affect on my life....unless he was going to drop a blank check at my feet one day, and I'd put an obscene amount of money on it, cash it, then get chased by the mob since it was their money!!!
I'm raging at dog, but because of the Rise Against thing.
I now hate you too Dog--. Man, you've been making a lot of enemies here the past few days.
That's because I'm real, I give my own opinion and don't form it based on how I think people will react. I'm hardcore, you have no idea, I'm the opposite of conformist, man I'm such a rebel.

the Mirror said:yet it is common for sufferers of autism to have fits if they go untreated.
It would be silly to directly say scientology is fully to blame for this awful death, but the fact that John Travolta put his beliefs (as Scientology recommends), ahead of his own child's life / heath, by not accepting his condition / disease and seeking what kind of help medicine could provide, he has put his son at an increased risk surely?Autism is often associated with epilepsy and in the US nearly half of autistic children are prescribed anti-convulsion drugs.
He's actually one of the first to convert, a pioneer almost which pulled in the other crazies like Tom Cruise. They consider him a cornerstone of the [strike]cult[/strike] religion to almost deity levels. What the ****? John Travolta is a scientologist?
Why is this becoming a ****ing trend with actors now?
I completely agree Stern, autism never disappears regardless of the most modern of treatments we have today, there is no definitive cure. However, it's important to recognise we have developed anti-convulsive drugs to limit or reduce the likelihood of seizures, or lessen their effects on the individual.

I don't blame Scientology, it's sci-fi hokum and these celebs who take it seriously are severely warped. I don't know why Kelly Preston puts up with it, if I were her...I wouldn't put out.
