Least favirote chapter?

Ya in my opinion nothing is bad about hl2, its the best game ever made for the pc. And the reason the multiplayer probly isnt that great on xbox is becuz it was rushed. On pc we got DM :p On pc the water hazard level is pretty easy in my opininon

The multiplayer for xbox isnt that great because its non existant.....but I have Halo 2 and it has awesome multi with xbox live, so when i need multiplayer I will use it (uproar in ground begins). I couldnt find any levels in half life 2 that I really hated, but water hazard was frustrating and was drug on for way too long so I picked it. From the level sandtraps up were the best levels in any FPS I have ever seen or played.

I was very, very dissapointed at the last level.

Water Hazard. It's too long and repetitive.

All other chapters are good though IMO. :)

first post ever, literally. in any forum anywhere.
I'm new to forums and fps games in general. HL2 was great, really good, but it seemed kinda easy. I'm a real noob and beat hard mode first time through in less than a week (Shotgun and RPG mostly)
Anyways, my least favorite level/part was taking down the two gunships at once just before Nova Prospekt. The dum ol' antlions seemed to follow everywhere and trap me in corners. I taught myself several curse words that day. HL2 rules. Can't wait to try CS:S. Loved Ravenholm

sandtraps and route kanal. i pretty much only like the bits with other characters like dog, alyx etc. my favourite chapters were red letter day and black mesa east.

My least favourite chapter- Sandtraps.

Like most of u all fans had said, its really very tedious to "dont step on the sand". And its also very difficult to destroy those antlions but then, I finished em with a shotgun.

Other than that, great game.

if you pee on the antlions they run away. easier for you guys than us girls.

Lol, Pee?

Well, I must admit that was a funny message.

Hey, I found a good way to complete this.

Try saving up more shotgun shells, maybe it will work and kill all the antlions but if u hurry to find the phermone grenades, u might probably take them unprepared.

Hope this works for all of u.

it's not that it's hard, it's that it's annoying. i actually got through it the second time by just running through it all, if you don't shoot the antlions they just run after you. and barely hurt you, unless you stop by mistake. theres an antlion spawn limit.

also they respond to pheramones, so ladies, get excited...

... i know i did....

It'd have to be Entanglement. Some of it is fun, but for the most part, it's just more Nova Prospekt, plus a bunch of horrible sieges with those damn turrets. I'm not that fond of Nova Prospekt, either; I like the huge battle outside with the gunships, troops and antlions (although that's at the end of 'Sandtraps', come to think of it), but once I'm in there, I find it a bit dull.

Bah. Every chapter rocks equally well, whether it is the: -

- Immersion in Point Insertion
- Humour in A Red Letter Day
- Excitement in trying to flee (but not without some headshots) in Route Kanal.
- Crushing stuff in Water Hazard (and pwning that dang chopper).
- A hella nice tutorial on the GG with Dog in Black Mesa East.
- Screaming like a wussy in We Don't Go to Ravenholm (or alternatively, blasting everything you see with the Magnum).
- Blasting Combine troops littered everywhere on Highway 17.
- Bleeding after taking down (all of) Nova Propekt's defences (two gunships on Hard... ouch) in Sandtraps.
- Throwing pheropods at Combine Prison Troops and watching them squirm (in disgust, IMO).
- Learning about a betrayal... and owning Nova Propekt at the end of Entanglement. :D
- Blasting everything in sight in awesome urban combat, being an Anticitizen 1.
- Taking down Nexus and striders (in Half-Life 2, men scream "Striders!") while Follow[ing] Freeman.
- Entering the citadel (and screaming "OH SHIT") in Our Benefactors.
- Meeting the GMan again in Dark Energy.

Every part of HL2 rocks IMO.
