Toodle-pipski Shuzer, though I may be seeing you again rather soon (just not here)...

I'll admit that the forums are a little dull at the moment, but I'm mostly with Farrow on this stuff.

Kinda reminds me of some old men I know.

Everyone was new at some point. Can't have established members without newbies. I don't suppose anyone remembers my first few weeks here, when I used to end every post with "Seeya!" and had about ten smilies in there as well? Everyone starts out crap... mostly... sorta...

Maybe newbs can't win. I mean, they make a thread on a topic that's been discussed here before, and they get flamed or talked down to by some of the regulars for it. Yet the newb who posted the thread's never been able to discuss the topic before, on account of only just having joined up. And if they ressurrect an old thread about it, they tend to get the old "Thread Necro" remark...

Idiots may come in, but it seems to me that if we were to block people out or something to stop that, we'd also be stopping the really cool people who join up.

Oh, well... heh... wouldn't it be funny if some forums got into the situation where the members were leaving, complaining about the forums going down the tube, and it turned out that the forums were going down the tube because the complainers were leaving?

"Holllld the liiiinnne! Hoolllld the lllliiiiine!"

Heheh... :|

<Sits back and watches people performing the amazing feat of leaving without moving from in front of their computers>

i'm practically not here as it is, but still surprising that such a well known and key member is actually going.

well, there goes your chances of being a mod...****

I regret I wrote my thread, thousands of things were going around my head. It was 5 AM in the night and I was extremely tired, and I were going through alot of changes, very big changes. It certainly didn't justify the concept of tricking people that you're leaving, and make it look like you just wanted lots of pity by returning a week later..

FarrowLeSparrow apparently wants me to stay gone, perhaps he's right, but it's just that it's so damn hard to stay away from this community.. There are so many people here who I love, heck, some of them are even closer to me than most people in real life. I can't possibly stay away from them, and I should definitely not play with their feelings the way I did by suddenly announcing that I'm leaving.

One thing I've learned from this is that you bitches won't get rid of me in the first place, and that bonds are stronger than you think. I hope most of you can forgive my mistake of trying to leave like that..

I also think Shuzer will fail to stay away, just like I did, he's way too big of a part of this community. :)

Why say goodbye, every time I open Trillian you're there. :cheese:

I don't post much now, mostly because I'm bored and HL2 is coming out soon. :bounce: School, homework, friends, parties, etc.

I wondered where shuzer had gone today, so i checked his last posts and found this thread.

His 26th to last word was of me... ;(

I'll miss you... sorry i didn't actually notice this thread when it was posted... i was probally engulfed in WOW beta or something.

Why isn't he back yet. Everyone who posts a leaving thread should come back, it's hl2.net tradition :(
