really like my current desktop, found it on deviant art as well as my theme which is slightly thinner than the normal windows one so its alittle neater. Also like the minimal icons on the desktop, i have some of the other important stuff in the quick launch too.

You know you can completely disable the whole Recycle Bin functionality in Windows... right? Just right-click the Recycle Bin icon on the Desktop and click "Properties." Then, check the box for "Do Not Move Files to the Recycle Bin." At least, I think that's what it was. I don't actually have a Recycle Bin on which to right-click... and I'm too lazy to find an alternative to reach that menu. Anyway, from then on everything will skip the recycle bin completely.

I'm pretty sure there's also a way to just make it not show up on the desktop if you still want things to go to the Recycle Bin... but, at the moment, it escapes me.

Actually you can use a Windows Powertoy known as TweakUI.exe to hide the Recyle bin I do it when I'm in explorer shell and fancy using objectdock :E

Just get WinBlinds, it isn't illegal but it does hog your system.

The themes I use are on WindowBlinds which is free at WinCustomize.com
(That's also where you get cursorXP and Object Dock)

For the ones like badger's do a google search for BlackBox, which is also free.

There is also a ThemeXP program, but has mostly terrible themes and barely any selection.
