I've fixed it to some degree, but I don't know how to make those damn taskbar icons smaller.

And this UXTheme visual style thing doesn't seem to be quite working the way it's supposed to, but at least it looks slight neater now.

Yeah, but checking my above post, I really, really hate that movie. If I want a good drug movie, I'll watch Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas or Requiem for a dream. Depends on the mood.
