It was all about Ashley and Garrus, we were an unbeatable team.

Used them at the end, they are quite the team.

However, as a person, I ****ing hated Ashley. She was a bitch.

I didn't like either humans actually. Aliens had the most personality.
My favorite ended up being Garrus. He had a sort of lone wolf thing going on that made him bad ass.

I preferred Kaidan, he was by far the most stable person on board. Even Ashley had issues with xenophobia.

His personality was even less interesting than her's though. He had this really generic niceness to him that, I dunno, he was so uninteresting.

Btw, does anything ever happen with that weirdo who is a big fan of yours? He asks for your autograph and picture and shit.

Do people really need to have a murdered family/raped wife/mental disorders/missing limbs/night terrors to be interesting?

I liked Kaidan just because he was a nice, level headed guy who got over his past.

I prefer the rape option. Makes things more interesting.

I liked Kaiden too primarily because he was a nice guy and wasn't too horribly annoying to have around. Still can't beat letting the annoying characters get knocked out again and again for shits and giggles.

If you talk him out of being like you and stuff he understands. Either that or he ends up on the Citadel news dead, but I think that's only if you use the Renegade option.

I was watching a vid on a side mission with Garrus about him wanting to track down some guy who would grow organs in his employees and sell them.

Is that mission interesting at all?

Its the good old storm the frieghter mission with the option to allow or not to allow Garrus to shoot the guy who he thinks is the one who escaped him on the citadel.

The doc's behaviour pretty much confirms Garrus' suspicions.

Concept art is great I just don't see the point in getting worked up about it. Maybe when some actual game content is shown to the public then yeah, but otherwise you could spend the day on any artist site creaming your pants.

So we're at an understanding then that it's alright to quite like a bit of art. Glad we sorted that out.

Well, I'm not really sure what to think. Watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2L59SLGY1E&feature=player_embedded At around 1:45, listen to what he says.

My theory is that Shepard does in fact die, but his consciousness is transferred into a Geth unit (so you see that Geth, with his gear, that's actually him). So you might play the prologue mission as the Geth trooper before you somehow hook up with Cerberus, who obviously are an important part of the game and deal in cutting-edge and morally questionable biological research. Cerberus seems like the kind of organization that would be able to create a clone Shepard to transfer his consciousness to. That way, we are keeping our character from Mass Effect 1, but we have the opportunity to create his/her appearance again, and also provides an excuse to nerf your abilities to something better to start the new game with, while still keeping your character's skill distribution because Shepard needs some time to get his skills back after such a major thing (you would still be good at the things you levelled up in Mass Effect 1, and bad at the ones you didn't, but you would no longer be a godlike uber-Spectre who is unstoppable in combat and can talk people into killing themselves).

Some hinting from Bioware that the game will come on 2 discs and that they are really concentrating on making the combat better this game.

"What's interesting about making a game especially like Mass Effect one is just getting the galaxy on one disk is a lot of work."

"There's a few bigger buckets of things we're working on. One of them is the intensity of the action, amping that up so people will see this as a shooter RPG?It's going to feel like shooter fans are going to have a great experience?Another category we're working on are the moment to moment interactions, kind of grabbing control of them more, and we'll show that later as well."

"Exploration, we're still trying to tighten up that experience," Muzyka continued. "It's still optional and there's still uncharted world that'll be optional, but we want every single one of them to feel like they're adding something important to the main storyline. So you feel yeah they're optional, but I feel like I really want to do that. So that's a philosophy change too."

Last one will definitely be an appreciated change if they follow through with it.
