I guess I just thought about it. My system is kinda wierd, for the time being anyways. I eat at early morning (or late night kinda) meal from 1-4 am, breakfast 12-3 pm, lunch 3-5pm, dinner 7-9pm. I guess I'd call the late night thing 'fourth meal' like that Taco Bell commercial.
 
They say eating more numerous smaller meals is better for you. But then again, they say a lot of things.
 
The only real "meal" I have is dinner. The rest are just... whenever I'm hungry I go eat something. Though I guess I usually have sort of a meal late at night.

So like 2 meals and a ton of snack times.
 
My late night is kinda like a lunch size (equivalent of sandwich and drink but the actual stuff varies all the time ), dinner big, breakfast pretty small (small bowl of cereal).
 
Usually I eat one meal during the day, then I have snacks or such.

Sometimes in one day, I go completely without eating a meal and maybe snacking on one or two things.

Breakfast.
Mid morning snack/protein beverage.

Mid afternoon snack/protein beverage.
Dinner.
Snack or dessert 2 hours before bed.

I've been underweight my entire life so I finally decided to do something about it. Slowly but surely putting on weight.
 
I only really eat dinner, but I'm snacking intermittently throughout the day.

I envy the dinner-tea thing, I wish I had tea every time I had dinner... I suppose I'm too much of a lazy schmuck.

As for me, I eat probably one meal a day. Otherwise it's small snacks.
 
Usually two. I don't have scheduled meals...usually I have breakfast and then after that the whole thing's up in the air. Maybe I'll have lunch, maybe not. Probably will have dinner, but who knows? It's random.
 
I typically have 1 meal each day, around dinner time 5-9pm, and in a rather unhealthy manner end up snacking throughout most of the day....
 
Sometimes I go for two or three days without solid foods (have a quick juice etc). I'm probably killing myself.
 
The healthiest eating habit is eating 6 times a day.
But i tend to eat once to twice. Going to change that soon.

Urgh. I only ate a pack of crisps last night because I was too tired to make anything. I couldn't get to sleep I was so hungry :(

This is what a PRIME eating habit should look like.

Breakfast - Bowl of cereal (7am)
10:30 a.m. snack
Lunch - Turkey sandwich
3:00 p.m. snack
Dinner - Chicken breast (7pm)

Just examples for the food btw. The snacks are usually fruit, almonds, etc.
 
I usually never wake up early enough to have breakfast/never have time to make breakfast during the morning, so my meal habits consist of lunch, dinner and then supper when I'm out on the piss/chilling in my flat.

Pretty much the way I eat. Three major meals, two snack-meals in between.
 
2. usually first is brunch a few hours after i've woken up. tuna sandwich or cereal, stuff like that. then something later between 6-9 pm. dunno what i'll eat. six meals a day? **** that, i'm a poor student! jah put food on my table. i'll grab the occasional banana, especially after a workout.

I do have 3 Meals normally with snacks inbetween. However in the holidays i'm usually always doing something so I only really eat breakfast when I get hungry, skip lunch and go through the day without eating anything else until dinner as a family.
 
I dont usually eat meals ever. This is partially because I dont have a normal sleep pattern. I pretty much just eat something whenever im hungry. For example, I made chicken Parmesan at 8:30 AM the other day. So even if thats the usual "breakfast" time, it was a breakfast meal.

One of the many reasons recommend people NOT go to a 24 hour school.
 
Breakfast, lunch, dinner. But sometimes I skip the lunch.
 
4 or 5 if I can. I don't always fill my entire appetite. College is probably gonna suck for me, given I can't eat enough here.

I have 3 meals per day. 2 big meals (lunch & dinner) and enough snacks to count as one meal.
 
I just ate 3 slices of cake, a meatloaf sandwich, a banana, two bags of chips, and I'm boiling a pot of water to make myself a box of Mac-n-Cheese just for me. This is my lunch:p

And I'm underweight.

I don't really have any sort of schedule for food, I just eat when I'm hungry... so usually 1-3 (sometimes 4 or 5 if i stay up very late) major meals and plenty of snackage.
 
Three. Cereal, sandwich, dinner.

Sometimes, I'll eat two breakfasts, though, if I feel extra skinny.

Two. And I don't really eat enough in those 2 meals. It's just that the food here at school sucks so much.
 
There was a time where I'd do one every couple of days, but that was long ago. Now I just stick to one a day.
