Music on the Mic

Hey guys, just wondering if any1 knew how these people are playing music using their mic's during gameplay? It sounds alot clearer than placing ur mic up against a speaker. Some1 told me that it is some sort of script??

I tried doing a search but came up empty.

If any1 has any info it would be greatly appreciated (eg-a website that shows how to do this).

BTW - this is not for public servers, just on a private LAN with buddies to bounce to beats while *DEAD*

I dunno a script, but just a word of warning : Spamming on most server = Ban (That's right, with a capital B.)
