A new publisher has joined Steam today, to expand Steam's catalog of massively multiplayer online games. NCsoft the world's premier publisher and developer of massively multiplayer online games announced that their award winning catalog of MMO franchises are now available via Steam.

NCsoft's leading-edge MMOs are an incredible addition to the Steam library of games," said Jason Holtman, director of business development at Valve. "NCsoft is a clear leader in the MMO industry, and we believe our player community will be very excited to have access to the diverse catalog NCsoft has to offer our members.

Considering I JUST reinstalled Guild Wars....I wonder if there is a way to register my copy with Steam? I doubt it.

That would be the only way I'd buy anything like Factions or Nightfall...maybe.....NO MUST NOT SPEND MONEY!

you can Add non-steam games, or try to activate a product on steam. i acually have Far Cry 2 and WoW as non Steam games and they at least let me chat with friends while playing. they just won't add to your steam rating.

Also Is Lineage 2 a pay per month game?? or is it free?? I heard it was a hardcore RPG

Lineage 2 is amazing, but the retail servers are more about grind then fun.

Not to draw profits away from NCSoft, but the real fun is on private servers. Not only are they free, but they also have higher experience rates so you spend less time leveling and more time PvPing.

That is pretty cool. I like GW and I like Steam. As far as Guild Wars is concerned you can just download the client and buy online from their website but this is just getting it out to more places.

Hmmm, we should play together.

I'd agree, but I don't play it often....I've got a lvl 20 R/Mo but...I dunno, once I got that far into the game, I was bored. I remade a W/Mo just for S&G's, and I think I'm almost to lvl 2
