Reports (uncomfirmed) of an arrest being made in the hospital.

The bomb that went off on the bus was only strong enough to blow out the windows on the top deck, it didn't blow up the whole bus or even reach the lower deck (you can see when the chopper flies by and you get a good view of the bus)

Britain should have had a task force already patrolling their subways. They know the threat. It's been 4 years since the 9/11 attacks, and we all know that was a revolution in terrorism fighting. At the very least, NYC always has a high police presence. At the time of the London bombings, our security skyrocketed.
EDIT: I know nothing is "fail-safe", but two weeks later, and an almost exact duplicate is alarming.
