You really think they're all in game? They show a real photo next to a HL2 in game shot to demonstrate how similar the architecture and lightning is the real world shots.Malfunction said:They're all in-game shots, of course. These look really amazing. Let's hope my rig can hack it!

Some people can be easier to please than you are, obviously its a mix, but i like to think this proves (at least to me) u dont need dynamic shaddows to create amazing graphics right now, and me wants to explore this game soon before my head explodes.

Lobster said:Sorry somtimes when browsing forums i suddenly feel the need to argue my opinion by moaning at others for forcing theres onto people, which is exactly the same thing, which is all pointless cause everyones gonna have there own opinions about the game, and game engines in general, its not worth the hassle, IMO, great art direction, want game now, thats me done

Holy shit man, what games are you playing??Darkknighttt said:they dont look that good.....
Heh, I'm not sure. When you look at the stuff in the foreground it looks like a render because of the shadows and the fact that it looks like textures but when you look at the background it seems far too detailed and too much like a photo to be from a render (plus the shadows don't look like something I thought HL2 could do).HeAdAcHe_BR said:DUDE
is this one from HL2???

I could barely tell which ones were photographs and which weren't. Amazing.
