It's a tech demo, they're just showing off what the engine is capable of.

Ok guys, That was the best Vid up to date. This is only 0.001% of the actual game. So lets relax and save the energy for the 30-09.

first time ever i refreshed and there were no new posts..

anyway yeah, if all goes as planned.. 18 days now, thats like, 2 and a half weeks :D
 
Curiously enough, whilst this thread has gained over 1300 posts in the last two hours, not a single post had been made at community.vugames.com, Sierra's official Half-Life 2 site. So I thought I'd give them a 'heads up'.

I'm really going to miss the Black Mesa/desert setting of the first game, I thought that was a really great backdrop.
