Gets you the Thompson I think. EA needs to fix their ****ing stupid ass website to let people link their xbox gamertags and EA Classic names to their accounts.
Nice. I can't remember the name I used for BF2 and Special Forces. dis suxM1 Garand, actually. Yeah, the website is a buggy piece of shit. I spent several hours resubmitting my keys before they were accepted. Kept getting the "Your CD Key has already been claimed" shit continuously.

Heehee. (A little mocking of MW2). Contains spoilers.
I think COD will have the best sing...or with it, I would so buy that game day one.
COMING SOON CALL OF JIHADIf a game let you play as the Chinese or whaatever and allowed you to kick American Marines butt and wipe the floor with it, I would so buy that game day one.
game uses exactly the same formulas as bc2, ima sum up with you just suck at learning things outside of your comfort zone.
that's fine, dawgs don't have thumbs i guess. it's cool man
I actually agree with Krynn. Seeing the rest of the world (Non-Internet) just now learn about "Epic", "Fail", and Failblog is painful.
Whats the "formulas" got to do with anything? I'm saying a controller sucks for playing shooters. And its got nothing to do with "learning" to use a controller, a mouse and keyboard will always be better than a controller for shootan gaems.
What helps, at least with MW2, is the zoom feature that automatically puts your cross-hairs over your enemy as long as you zoom in the correct, general direction. I like this feature since it makes having to use a controller a bit easier. Though, if I could, I'd use a mouse/keyboard but my laptop isn't top-notch enough for the latest PC games.
Buy it.I'm not sure whether to buy this or not. First, I won't have much time; I'll have to study for my freshmen year, what with 20 credit-hours per week and whatnot. Secondly, the beta was laggy, and my location won't help the ping unless in a US server. Thirdly, I'm afraid of getting bored with it quickly like I did with a lot of games. Then again, it's a BF game, which means I'll last at least 2 ~ 3 months with it.
Buy it.
I might impulse buy, but you know, I don't have much money, and it's going to be hard to get a job along with schoolwork.
I want to make sure that it's worth the $29 ~ $32, and for weekend use only.
FYI the full game will be a ~7GB download.
Back when we had to specify the disk usage (to be announced on websites and printed on the box), the game was nearly 9GB - and when installing DD version from other places than Steam you usually need to have *both* the installation archive and the finished install present on your harddrive at the same time during the installation process. Plus, future patches may eat some of your diskspace. After a bit of hand waving we ended up with 10GB space for disc version, 15GB space for DD version.
It's not an impulse buy if t's premeditated. You've already bought it, the next step is admitting it and going without dinner for a few nights :cheese:
Kalms said:We are still working on the Steam preload. Currently there are some installation issues which we are trying to fix.
The full installed game is about 6GB. the "15GB" figure is what you get when you have to guess the total size early during development, and also need to take into account that for non-Steam download channels the player will at one point during installation have both the installer-archive and the installed game present on the harddrive at the same time.
This game will unlock in approximately 3 days and 7 hours
This game will unlock in approximately 1 day and 5 hours
Well, unless Steam screws something up.
