But the thing is, he's not banned from Steam. I go to school with this guy and speak to him quite regularly on Steam (and MSN) and he plays his game nearly all the time.

He's only 13.

Grizzly was the guy who banned me, since Pi was afk (as usual).

I banned you, when I joined you must have posted 500 entries of 'lol', and then the immediate 'oh shi-' was most entertaining as the banhammer came down. 2 more weeks the ban will last, also remind me to unban you because I will forget.
 
I'd also like to point out that if you do anything like that again, I'll ban you from both steam chat and the forums permanently.
