I don't have access to pokemon yet, so instead I've been training my dog (and I *was* training my cat too, I suppose) to fight instead while I wait. So far he only knows bite and growl, but he's won both of his battles so far (my poor kitty sad.gif ...couldn't escape). I was wondering how you think animals would hold up against pokemon when they arrive, I'm hoping to integrate my dog, Firega (I'd like to think that if he had a type, it would be fire), into my pokemon team. Possibly my chicken too, if I can get it to obey commands (any recommendations?)
