Well, here's some Dragon Age. I've gotta say I'm enjoying the shit out of this game so far. I ended up ditching this particular elf character and starting over, but here's a few left over screens I took (downsized from 16x10):

There's something about the latest BioWare's graphical engines that I like very much. Dragon Age and The Old Republic (judging from some screenshots), for example: I know they don't use the same engine, but they share this clean, smooth, neat look. Colorful, detailed but simplistic at the same time. I'm loving it.

Yeah, thats bugged me too. I'm sure they just couldnt afford the bone/blend shape processing with their framerate though. No big deal since you dont really study their faces when you're moving, and even less so when in combat.

The characters under the canopy in the middle-ground look weird, like they have shrunk or something. They don't seem far away enough to be that small. Or are they a race of small people?

Same for me, if not better. Some parts I was getting 80fps maxed out at 1680x1050.

Cpt Price sneaks onboard a Russian Sub and launches a nuke. The detonation high above Washington renders all the electronic equipment fried, including the Russian fighters and choppers; which procede to fall out of the sky

It is good to see that Nikolai is still alive and well; Its nice to know you have at least One Russian you can rely on in this time of crisis.

There is at least the same amount of double crossing in this game equal to the amount you would find in a series of 24

Interest piqued.

Guess I'll post some DA:O screens even though I run the game on medium settings, no AA, and at 1280x1024 I think it still looks quite nice.

And some Borderlands shots that everyone has probably already seen in the game.
