OMG that movie rules, i seen it and my family take the piss out of my uncle because he looks just like him. He's well good though - i can't understand why these martial arts experts have even the slightest urge to brag about their skills.

Download Tweak UI. Remove the Recycle Bin.

Windows Blinds is useless, as is all stupid scheme-altering software ... just use the UXtheme.dll hack and you're sorted.

I use the Aston Shell and Stardock's DesktopX and i get my themes and widgets from WinCustomize. :bounce:

Y'z Dock and Mobydock don't take up much memory. I don't know about ObjectDock

You don't need any program running to use themes. In fact Windows has built-in 'skinning' ability - it is just stuck on the default Luna theme unless you buy Windows 'Plus!' or install one of the programs that people have mentioned, OR (preferably) install the hack that someone linked to: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=140707
This lets you install other Windows themes that you usually need Plus! to install.

Then you can use themes from places like

http://www.wincustomize.com
http://www.deviantart.com

You need to register at most places, I think
