Yeah, you need to be noticable too, doesn't mean post often, just interesting posts. You could invent a gimmick too, an eye-catching avatar, or colouring your posts brightly, perhaps make up a unique hobby/job/personal quality, just generally being funny helps also.

Not that I'd know, haven't been mentioned, but I didn't really expect to either, I'm not exactly charismatic or memorable.
