that's a little extreme. I for one applaud Clarke's decision to represent saddam he's had dealings with bringing charges to heads of state before albeit ineffectually as the US was the one accused

saddam should have been tried in an international war crimes tribunal, as he has much to answer to. Clarke's appointment lends a little more credibility to the kangaroo court that will be the trial of saddam
