Wanted - 2/10

Yeah, I should've seen Wall-E instead. This movie was hilariously awful. Every 'omg awesome' scene was spoiled by the trailer.

Wall-E: 9.99/10

A movie that's awesome for everyone. If you fit that description go see it.

The Onion Movie

Racist, stupid, crude, silly, no plot whatsoever, so: pretty awesome really.

7/10

ME RIKKEY, but not as good as the videos on the site. Can't find any place to actually buy the DVD though, seems like a USA-only thing with only region 1 DVDs.

Believe - 8/10...
I've been wanting this on DVD for about 9 years now ever since I saw it on HBO one morning.

It's a family-oriented horror movie about a kid that keeps getting kicked out of boarding schools for executing elaborate pranks.
He gets sent to his grandfather's estate, which he soon finds out is haunted by a woman.
I swear to God, every single scene with the ghost made my heart sink down to the deepest bowels of hell.
So damn creepy, I managed to find it on Amazon... and I decided what the hell, and bought it.
Since for some reason Netflix, Blockbuster, and Hollywood Video don't have it. :(

The only cons are essentially, the acting and story are a bit spotty, but it was direct-to-video so, yeah.
Creepiest low budget flick I've ever accidentally stumbled upon.

Wanted - 8.5/10

A very good movie overall, not completely filled with silly mindless violence. A good storyline with the appropriate number of silly car and gun (or both) stunts. Some good uses of slow motion and good acting by McAvoy, Jolie and Freeman.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Incredible Hulk - 7/10 Action scenes were good everything else boring as hell. Sorry Iron Man > Hulk

Control - 8/10 - Movie about Ian Curtis, lead singer of Joy Division. Really moving, well shot, good music.

Loved it.

Storm of the Century - 4/10...

Meh, Linoge was an interesting villain but 4 hours for a movie like this is just too god damn long.
The production quality for it was pretty good for a straight to tv flick from 1989.
Acting was... okay, not the best but it was suitable.

Again, I didn't even realize it was 4 hours long until I got the DVD in the mail.
So I decide to trek through it and I want my 4 hours back tbh.
This could've been a simple 1h 30m or 2hr job easily.

Last film was Shaun of the Dead about a week ago. I definitely rate it 10/10. The bit where Shaun has the dart thrown at his head is f***ing hilarious!!! I rofled so much at that bit!!!

Ultraviolet stupid/stupid

I often watch movies which I know are bad, and yet they still manage to surprise me how stupid they, and this one doesn't fail in that regard.

Speed Racer - 7/10

Actually was more enjoyable than i expected. Sure the story is predictable and cliche, but man! I loved the art direction, it was a psychedelic trip, specially the last race.

Wanted - 9/10

Very cool film. Jolie just...oozes her sex appeal throughout. Fairly cheesy in some places, but 'oh HELL yes' cool in others.

Hairspray - 9.5/10

That was one of the best damned musicals I've ever seen in my life. The soundtrack was awesome, and the acting, choreography, and humor was just as sweet. Honestly, I've never been a huge fan of musicals, but this one is easily the best one I've ever seen.

John Travolta was ****ing amazing as well. Wow. I'm so shell shocked by that movie. I loved it.

Funny Games US - 8/10

I don't get it... its a EXACT COPY of the original, scene by scene, line by line... why did they made it? Waste of money imo. But the original was good so this one is also good, cause is the same movie... And i love Naomi Watts.

Wanted - 7.8/10 Good as a over all movie. But the potential for them to work with the comic would have made it so much better.

Hancock - 5/10

SUX! Because it's WS, I actually gave it a pass. What a disappointment., such an underdeveloped story, cheesy one-liners, lack of comedy..

wall-e 8.5/10 ..entertaining but a bit too cheerful

kungfu panda 8/10 - pretty funny, animation is outstanding

Malcolm in the middle, first season 9/10

God damn I love that show.

Hancock - 5/10

SUX! Because it's WS, I actually gave it a pass. What a disappointment., such an underdeveloped story, cheesy one-liners, lack of comedy, hardly any "action, cgi". Sigh..

Oh shit. I hope, for my sake, that is incorrect.

Hancock - 5/10

Agreed, it was only good at best.

Teeth was nice, had 2 really good scenes. Was ok for the rest.

Stop loss was good, could have used better dialog, but it got me all emotional.

My Summer of Love - 7/10. There were a couple of plot-holes I noticed the first time I saw it, but a second viewing filled them in. In some scenes there a few pauses between dialogue which could have been improved, but apart from that a good film.

wtf why is wall-e a cheap rip off of Johnny #5?!

Hancock 5/10
Would have been a whole lot better if...
If they went deeper into the story about the angels and their origin

Hancock: 6/10. It seems that the trailer showed the good bits. The only good bits. In actuality the comedy was dumb, the only part making me chuckle being where he shoved the guys head up the other guys ass. The story as underdeveloped, as the poster above said, with no explanation about well, anything. I do hope that the inevitable sequel is better.

High Fidelity - 8.8/10

It was actually a really good movie. John Cusack is an amazing actor. Plus, I loved the style of filming. I love when the main character narrates and talks to the viewer.

The Incredible Hulk - 7/10 - The end battle wasn't worth the price of admission to watch it again.

Oh well, went for social reasons.

Love John Cusack! So many great quotes and scenes from High Fidelity.

Customer: Hi, do you have the song "I Just Called To Say I Love You?" It's for my daughter's birthday.
Barry: Yea we have it.
Customer: Great great... Well, can I have it?
Barry: No, you can't.
Customer: Why not?!
Barry: Because it's sentimental tacky crap that's why. Do we look like a store that sells "I Just Called to Say I Love You"? Go to the mall!
Customer: What's your problem?!
Barry: Do you even know your daughter? There's no way she likes that song! Oh oh oh wait! Is she in a coma?

The Incredible Hulk- 7.5/10

Like what Iron Man should have been. I sort of wanted to see the lab accident told the way the rest of the movie was, but I think it worked better as a flashback because it was quicker, got the point across easily, was not boring, etc.

wtf why is wall-e a cheap rip off of Johnny #5?!

First off, its an expensive rip off of Johnny 5, and secondly, its a tribute.

Plus they're both just rip offs of binoculars.
