that looks kinda cool but tbh i have no inclination to play rdr again :|
 
Yeah, once it was over it was pretty much over for me. Not one of those games I have an urge to revisit.

It just doesn't fit! It's as if you watched the western "For a Few Dollars More" and the "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" had zombies in it.

It's a western, it shouldn't all of a sudden turn into something imitating a B-class zombie movie.

Yes. According to Rockstar, it's a non canon story. From the looks of the trailer they'll be plenty of familiar faces coming back

recommended, so long as you don't take it too seriously
it's meant to play out like a cheesy B-movie
 
i havent dipped the multiplayer yet, but the single player is full of cheeky moments. good stuff.

edit - multiplayer is pretty standard fare wave survival zombies, what you make of that what you will.
 
Undead Nightmare is awesome. I was surprised by the length of the Single player and I really enjoyed the humorous slant which the original story lacks in places. It's also funny finding 'Mythical creatures' around the map, but I won't spoil it for people who want to play it.
 
First thing tomorrow morning I will be stopping by the local game shop to pick up a nice little PSN card so that I can partake in this insanely brilliant action.
 
Well Damn! I was liberating Ridgewood Farm from atop of my War horse when a zombie comes and throws me off the saddle (as they normally do). But instead of attacking me, the zombie jumped onto the horse, took the reigns and rode off into the sunset with my apocalyptic war horse; leaving me to be gang raped by his zombie brethren. The whole thing was more upsetting than the Sasquatch mission.:(
 
If you beat the Undead Nightmare add on, can you still roam around killing zombies?

I was wondering about this too.

It is a totally different game btw. In the sense that the zombies fight quite differently.
 
Is it still really boring?

I got rid of RDR because it took forever to get from point A to point B and the missions weren't too exciting. I'd get it again (used and on sale) if the UN pack is actually....fun.

well if you didn't like vanilla RDR chances are you won't enjoy UN either
 
I really, really want to get this.. I am a huge zombie-fan after all..

But I must resist the temptation!

I'm not sure when though, maybe in two weeks or so, because CoD comes out next week and I'll be busy playing that for at least a week!
 
This is some of the only DLC I have ever bought but I can say that this is WAY more fun than most full games out there. I like this even better than the original RDR which is saying a ton. My only complaint is the ****ing crashes. I have been very close to completing three annoying missions and have crashed each right as I am about to approach the end. SO annoying. Otherwise, this should be in the running for GOTY. Brilliant everything.
