Asuka, dude, it has nothing to do with god mode, there IS nothing new, comeon dude this game is being released LESS than a YEAR after STALKERs release, and it took GSC 6 ****ing years to get STALKER out of the door, do you honestly expect anything more than the exact same game with a new coat of paint ontop?
And Fallout 2 was(IMO) inferior to Fallout 1, and you can't claim that Fallout 2 was a major improvement over Fallout 1 gameplay wise..
Like Virus said, a new coat of paint would look amazing.
HL2 took what, 5 years? and most of the shit was cut from the game. I was expecting a lot more from a game that takes 5 years to develope.

yeah, but nobody wanted to steal Stalker's mess of code.
That didn't cause the game to be changed at all though.
Yes sir. :angel:back on topic.
Heh, they didn't take the entire code so Valve had nothing to work with. Just a copy of it.
I thouroughly enjoyed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and wouldn't say no to a prequel. lol @ the player in the video who was getting hammered and didn't seem to care. I think they had to hobble some of the AI and other game features so they could present a consistent storyline. If you load a mod that enables the A-life and the monsters that were cut, you may lose the ability to follow the storyline but the game will be more varied and enjoyable. Some of the cut monsters aren't polished (surprise!), but they're fun to deal with. The most interesting part about the game for me was how accurately it depicted some parts of the power plant and its failures, right down to the elephant foot 'lava' flows and brick shapes beneath the fallen dome.
