Who's scarier, Samara or Sadako?

In the recent onslaught of polls, I figured a "Samara vs Sadako" poll would be fun to see. My avatar is Samara and Fenric's is Sadako

yo shuzer me and a couple o' friends are regularly doing jap action gore fright nights. So far we covered Battle Royale n, ICHI, DeadorAlive, Gozu, Hypnosis, Dark Water, Ring, Joun n and I feel we're kinda running out of material here. Any suggestions along the lines of Dark Water, Hypnosis, Joun n? (the latter two were freakishly scary)

You seen all the Rings? I was talking to someone on MSN one night who was watching Ringu 2, sounded scary as hell

Can you recommend any for a straight scare? Something like Ringu.

And those pictures won't work, even with copy+paste, the site says it can't afford hotlinking from forums/blogs.

uh I thought the american version was way scaryier than the jp one. But I've seen that one first so I might be biased since there were no huge suprises anymore..

The American version was a piece of crap, scary or no, although the twisted faces were kinda cool. The jap was alot more tense IMO.

Hypnosis scary at all?

yeah, the japanese one was much better (and scarier imo). sadako owns samara.

im not one who watches scary movies (except the scarie movie) but im going to vote for sadako coz he sounds more perverted and evil. Plus he has 4 votes already.

hypnosis was scary as hell. you gotta watch it late at night though.

As for ring I think it was because I saw the us version first. They had a much bigger budget and after that the jp version looked a bit cheesy to me..

sadako (and samara) are girls.. which makes them even scarier! :O
