I was thinking about this while lying in bed this morning (weird I know) but maybe you should have sent confirmation emails back to people when you got their emails? There may be 3 people sitting out there now assuming that their gift is all signed sealed and delivered whereas in actual fact they typed your email address slightly wrong and they are inadvertently one of the three left to submit a present.
