if you have half-life installed it will automatically get your cd-key from the registry, and yes NS can be accessed, it detects mods you have installed and gives you access/copies the data over

BTW, even if that wasnt the final final we downloaded it doesnloads any updates to the program automatically before you install

I believe you have to have installed the mods previously to have them listed.

you need to install them, if you had HL plus mods already installed it would add those mods and copy the proper data over, like it copied my svencoop, my NS, and my opposing force over, and put them under third party games

how does it grab our cdkey? i have two installations of halflife, one is cd retail, only cs retail has a nonbanned cdkey. HOw do i make it choose teh good one?

ausgamers is always a good link. They plug straight into one of Australias biggest backbone (comindico).

it doesnt matter either way, now that we're switching to SteamID's the bans are all removed.

I dont think it will matter Fuzzy... I was banned on VAC with the normal games. But i could still play on Steam. Stupid WinAmp glitch.

it only shows up if you had it already installed, and during setup it would have asked you if you wanted it migrated over to steam, and you'd have to choose to do that.

Ok, it seems to be installing, will i be able to switch if i need to. Ive had so much trouble with one of my keys, only let me in the half the time, thats why i bought cs retail again. I hope i can switch.
