Is it just me, or is this forum slowing down big time?

dont know but i cudent get in the forum a min ago

same with the fallout site

562 people on it..lol..the forums are doing good...i've seen 300 lag 'em.

879 people on it..lol..the forums are doing good...i've seen 300 lag 'em.

dejavu?

Anyway, yes, these forums are getting slower, and as someone else had posted, I could get into the hlfallout site either.

Well not too sure what is causing the dips in status, but a fellow mod suggested to temp close the forums after we started getting the Database errors. Seems that the administration thinks that's a good idea at the moment.

We already have those but they are encrypted.

We dont have all the HL2 dlls. Its the same with TFC/HL. TFC uses different dll files than HL. CS:S uses different dlls than HL2. And I dont think they would have preloaded the files to our comps yet.

I hope the game is closer than we think. But, it seems less likely after smash's post.

See people, no early release...

If it werent the game being released, Smash would of said so. The fact that he left it open, means hes having fun with us. Thats my oppinion.

Hmm, even the supermod of steampowered doesn't know what is going on. But a big update is coming, soooooo.

Looks like the bandwidth is back to normal now - something could happen any minute.

Smash subbmitted his report to the adminstrator, but he has been called away to the anomalous materials labarotory for an important experimental upload, but not to worry, an MIT graduate with a goatee is overseeing the update, what could go wrong?

Yea I think they will release soon since the street date has already been broken (points to LAYP's sig).

I am getting an update right this minute, have no clue what it is yet.

Update was small, no clue what it was for. Did not unlock anything so go figure.

Database errors are spreading like the plauge! What do we do if HL2.net and HLFallout go down?

That was crazy. Must be alot of excitement when steampowered, fallout and hl2.net forums all go down.

Well, as the first person to record a Steam update today, I announce: Steam update released! (Although i know nothing about what happened)

Well I have a pot of coffee on, I'll stay up for a bit and see what transpires (I'm in the UK, nearly 1am here.)
