Swearing could be good for us

Is it okay to not swear and keep everything bottled up inside? I've managed to get rid of that habit and I'm currently trying not to swear. I promised myself I wouldn't. I wouldn't be suprised if I flipped out and starting swearing like crazy.

That's what I prefer. Not only do I not draw attention to myself, but when I do feel it necessary to yell and swear, the people around me shut the hell up and listen.

Of course, here in Arkansas, grammar is (to say the least) inadequately taught in public school; as such, I am surrounded by idiots who don't understand basic irregular verbs, so much of the time I'm reduced to swearing to myself under my breath at them.
