40 million isn't to hard to understand once you include liscensing Havok and possibly graphics programs... those are probably a big ass chunk, havok being the biggest

Now throw in payroll for 6 years, computers, software, food, plane tickets, marketing, etc etc etc...

Their gonna get it out of it too... as long as they put a good amount of polish in... i trust valve 'll get it right again
