Can't explain how well I thought that music set the mood for that... and the pistol was like part of the soundtrack itself, along with the flying things trying to cut you up, all sounded like it was part of the song.
That's not bumpmapping, that's the model of the floor. I liked the water poddles though. Perhaps if we got a closer look we'd really see the bumpmapping if there is some on it.

BTW the flare gun is used by the combine to launch flares and call in gunships when they are in trouble (as seen in the Barney vid). But looks like Gordon found another use for it :cheese:
