No one has tried a Fortress rush on me, everyone seems to think fortresses suck. All it's seemingly good for is rejecting T1 rushes.

They really are only there for the slight bit of defense, but I'd rather have the scanner and MULE anyway.

It seems like the second wave of invites just went out. Still no invite... Well my pc is so normal that I propably will never get in to the beta. I'd guess they're not really interested in computers with lots of power, more on those in the low end and in the middle.

This is incorrect.

However, I think it was Operational that said my machine is unique because of the tri-core processor.

But still, there must be like millions of people opting for beta, so I'd guess if you honestly want to have a unique hardware you had to have something like a Voodoo2 , but that wouldn't really make things any better

Don't they put those tricores in pretty much every standard amd retail pc. Atleast everyone of my friends who bought these packages from acer and such, all had tri-cores.

Well atleast I can read about strategies and suck less when I get in the beta

I dunno, I'd not sell it. 1.) I don't need the money and 2.) it would be fun to play.

I'm also not going to do whatever I can to get one. I am fine watching Replays, VODs and Live Streams. Bad Company 2 is about to release, so I can't have 2 badass games to play.
