you give me a headache ffs

Well i'm sorry if you're trying to single me out for some bullshit reason when what i said is obviously not something you disagree with.

Back on topic, please... which was my goal from the beginning.

ríomhaire: on the first page of this thread I posted a link of official military traffic signals
Well that's what he made the hand signal as, maybe he was just part of a stupid unit.

read the thread from the beginning, point out where I suggest that

I know you never suggested it, but since you don't seem to be saying what you think is going on here besides "something bigger", I thought I'd ask.

Also, if you had said that, I wouldn't have had to ask. Because I did read the thread. I'd prefer if you'd respond to the arguments rather than ignoring them because you don't think people have read the entire thread.

i'd just like to point out that the US Military version of events is much different from what the diplomats said happened.

The US said that the car approached from behind, was given hand signals and when they were not headed, fired warning shots.

First off, the convoy had pulled over into a staging area behind a concrete barrier. They didn't approach directly from behind and the diplomats said there were no hand signals given. They then proceeded to pass the convoy, which they have done many times before. The vehicle was outfitted with a Canadian flag. Two bullets hit the hood, and one through the passenger compartment.

it was later discovered that the explosion they heard was actually the gunfire directed at them.

They said they dont remember seeing any signals... not that none were given. Whenever my mom told me to take out the trash I would never do it and say I dont remember her ever telling me to do it. Just so I dont get in trouble ;)

The vehicle was outfitted with a Canadian flag.

The article says it had a "Canadian flag symbol on its dash" A flag might have been easier to see... but apparently it was just a "symbol" and on the dash of the car. Sounds like it would be hard to see.

it was later discovered that the explosion they heard was actually the gunfire directed at them.

lol
