i found the lady willing to give me cure for the vampire curse, but the soul gems? how do i get those?

Mages guild should do them. Expensive though, unless you see any on display. ;)

it seems i need grand empy soul gems, and i dont know any specifics to where it is

or you could go to one of the churches, i think if you go up to the well thing thats in the middle, it heals you of all your illnesses

You can only cure Vampirism at a church within three days, after that, you have to go through a lot of crap to get it taken off. I'll find the link for ya that tells you how.

i could have done it within 3 days? DAMMMM

i have how i take dmg when im in the sun, thats the only bad side for me

Here we are

http://oblivion.gamewikis.org/wiki/A_Cure_for_Vampires

Being a vampire doesn't sound all that bad. You can go in the sun as long as you have drank blood in the last 24 hours and everyday you don't feed, you get a new vampire power. AND, when you don't feed, you get stronger, but grow to look more like a vampire and hurt by the sun more.

check around in Mage Guild buildings, their either in cases or on people

if you didnt find any there, i guess you can go to the magic shops in Imperial city market area, and see if the magic shops have any of them

that link showed me 4 out of 5 grand soul gems, anyone know where i can get another?

I have found the last gem, now, i need to find another oblivion gate to get them plants ><

I"m thinking of getting it...dunno if I want to cough up the cash...is the game worth it?

It's like buying a whole new life... but in a video game. :borg:

Damnit, I am a vampire too. And I am not particulary happy about it. Where the f*** am I supposed to feed? Has anyone done this yet? You get some pretty handy and cool powers but not being able to travel in the daytime is a biatch. NPC's are even saying to me that I don't look very well and should see a doctor. WTF!?!

shakemaker, at night, sneak into a house, with someone sleeping, and you can feed on them so you can stay in the sun for about a day

Does this mean actually breaking in? Haven't done that before. Contrary to most of you I don't have a stealthy character. I play a Breton Swellsword with Mage as a sign.

well shaker, your screwed if your not a stealth based character. because your a mage, it seems its ok to feed on the poor sleeping in the street, they are easier to feed off of instead of breaking into houses.

OK, this feeding stuff is easy. I went back inside the shack of the old witch that wants me to bring her the five fancy soul gems. I went in stealth and with normal clothes on so she wouldn't hear me and that worked fine. I feel a bit sad that I infected her tho. Oh well ....

I might stay a werewolf. Since I can now operate in the daytime again, there aren't any downsides to it, besides people saying I look like shite. Plus I am using all the extra werewolf powers a lot, so I don't really want to miss 'em. Hard choice!

Noes, I could have cured it in 3 days? I went to see a guy in a church and he told me there was no way to cure it except finding this woman. Now I need 5 soul gems.

And people keep telling me I look ill. I don't care about how many powers I get, I want my hawt face back! :(

Just stick to werewolf. Feed on a human once a day and you will be fine. Besides, red eyes are teh pwn!

Hmm.. I'll try it.

Also, right after I went to talk to the Count in Castle Skingrad about a vampire cure I went to an inn to rest, and when I woke up he was just standing there in my room! Then he said "Excuse me" and left. I think he raped me. :(

This sucks. It turns out I'm becoming a vampire without even knowing it. My view went all "bloomed" and my health started to drain in the sunlight before I realised.

Is there any notification that you're becoming one? My face is all old and fugly too.

Yeah, during combat you get a message saying: "You have been infected with Porphyric Hemophilia". It's easily missed when you're fighting hard. You'll get a message during a dream three days later.

Vampirism is a blessing in disguise. Just nurture it for all the powers and skill level ups that come with it. One feed a day is enough to counter most negative effects. You're stuck with red eyes and pale skin but that has no negative effects on your stats.

but i want to be human!

Then you will have to finish the quest to find the cure for vampirism. Go to a chapel if you haven't done so already.

well, so far, i collected blood, and 3 garlic, i dont know where to find the nightblades, and the vampire sounds tough, and i already closed the first oblivion gate, so i will have to wait until more opens up to get the blood plants.
