Guy is the biggest prick. It's mind boggling how they let someone so unprofessional... well, it's actually not that surprising.
I hate parents like that so very much, they act like they just found out the doll was filled with asbestos, "I have to check my son's toys now too", yeah, as if your son is going to understand some obscure phrase that sounds like the appraisal of a monotheistic religion, and then in turn be mentally affected by said phrase.
