Hmm...I stay away from gore websites unlike 99% of the internet, so the most messed up thing I ever saw was in real life:

My mom accidentally ran over a stray kitten while backing out of her garage, and my brother and I discovered it a few hours later. Not only were its legs ripped off, but its mother was actually eating the corpse, and the entire abdomen was exposed, intestines and bones and all. I still don't know which wounds were caused by the car or by the crazy mother.

Lastly, the dead kitten's eyes and mouth were hanging open, which made me think it was still alive and conscious for a moment. That made the whole thing a hundred times worse than it already was.

EDIT: Oh, and I just remembered..***nning across a photo online of an Iraqi girl whose head was run over by an army truck. That ranks below the kitten incident though because it was online.
 
I still haven't seen the BME pain olympics and I reaaaaaaally don't want to.
 
I have seen a friend of mine get impaled. She was climbing a tree and fell on a spikey branch which pierced the skin of her arm sliding down to the arm pit where it rested , she was hanging there impaled for about half a minute before me and another friend realised what happend and helped her out , blood everywhere and exposed muscle. Im supprised she made a full recovery and has minimal scarring. Also i got splashed with blood. Which i see as an acomplishment.
 
Either you have low aspirations, or you really love this girl to a creepy extent.
 
I saw a video of a guy having one of his hands cut off in Sudan under Sharia law on Liveleak. Not the most graphic thing i've seen, but the sounds and his facial expression...ugh.

i didnt really witness it.. but here goes, my gf's best friend invited us to a party but we declined. It was a party thrown for a guy I know, but we're not close. it all started out when the guy's cousin's remembered this girl from her party she threw before and she had disrespectfully searched everyone at the party because she'd lost her sidekick. Well they who hold grudges of little things confronted the girl who was also piss drunk. A girl who's a friend of the cousin's started picking on the sidekick girl and started fighting her.. sidekick girl by this time is on the floor and the guys start jumping in, stomping her out. cops come by due to loud music so they scatter to run away. Gaining consciousness again sidekick girl is brought to the hospital. All at the same time when the party is being cleared and cops are gone her good friend(also a friend of my gf's friend)is also drunk yelling out curse words and swears she'd kick the ass of the girl who'd done this. The guys hear and they talk her into getting into their car to go to the girl's block to fight her. the next day, my gf friend gets a call that her friend was found in the street by a police cruiser , she'd claimed not to have rememberd what had happened to her... but she was BEAT. the other girl, sidekick girl was hospitalized and treated for a broken jaw and mild concussion.

it's really messed up to me cause guys actually jumped a poor girl when she was already done. It's apparent these dudes are gangsters. Oh and one other thing they stole a purse and credit/debits cards in it that belonged to my gf's friend. she'd ran into them elsewhere at someone's house playing cards, where they blatantly told her that they stole all her stuff from that party the same night those beatings happened. reason being why she ran into them again is becuase the guy goes out with a girl that is a very good friend to my gf and my gf friends. Its complicated as to why the bf of the girl doesnt correct his cousins actions.

By the way, if you watched the video, I advise you not to click on the others. They're horrible, and some are from Chemical Weapons Saddam Hussein used on his own people. It mutates the parent's DNA, and when they have children, that Mutated DNA is passed down to them, onl they grow with it, (Or not at all) and horrible deformities take place.

Some of these are also cause by depleted uranium used by the U.S. military.

I've seen that vid, it is awful, especially when the baby starts crying. :(

However, the impact was sorta ruined for me when it was used for LAST MEASURE. Now I just associate it with trolling.

I was at my friends house. They have a cat that hasn't been spayed, so it was constantly producing litters of kittens. Fortunately for them, they had enough friends that were cat-less that they never had more than a few cats at any one time.

So, their cat had just had another litter. And the new kittens always get a room upstairs to themselves. It's a big house.

My friends mother had just cooked us a whole stack of pikelets, and we had a big bowl of jam, one of maple syrup, and one of sugar.

We sat on the bed, eating the pancakes, being amused by the kittens, when suddenly...
A kitten that had climbed on a chair had finally made it to the top of the back of the chair. And it jumped. Straight at us, uncontrollably, it leaped.
It landed with a wet noise directly in the bowl of maple syrup, and sank a little. Mewing for help, it struggled, it's fur now matted with sticky syrup.
The other kittens, attracted by it's meowing, all clustered around it, as it flopped out of the maple syrup bowl and onto the bed. The other kittens began to lick the maple syrup off it, and it purred contentedly. They kept licking for about five minutes till it was completely clean.

I'm... Ugh.

A girl holding her fathers hand at a train station. She got too close to the edge of the platform and forgot to stop, only to get batted across the entire platform by a passing train. It made me physically sick.
 
My brothers car crash, it really did not sink in properly but a few weeks later I saw a newspaper of the day after the accident hidden in my brothers room (for a reason), photo of the wreckage of the car. The entire side, where my brother was sitting, was caved in to pretty much the other side where the other car had slammed into him with no brakes at 50mph. I was 9 years old.
