I don't purposely keep a knife by my bed, it's just where it is, I don't have another place for it.. If it was something like a gun, I'd keep it hidden, but since I put it there I never thought of moving it, I'm a messy person, my room is messy. I don't move anything.

If I had to grab something in my room, i'de probably go for my maglite 4D, bayonet, or metal pole that just happened to appear there one day :E

Probably the sledgehammer is the deadliest thing we own...if you were to hit someones foot or hit them in the back from behind with all your might with the sledgehammer...sweet jesus.

slash wounds will heal eventually (provided their not TOO deep)...but a crush wound is a different story. Also, what really pisses me off is when people talk about how if someone pointed a gun at them they'd grab it...bull shit. In a real situation first off you would be too scared to do it, and if somehow you got the courage to do it, he'd most likely pull the trigger the second you make a sudden move.

A sword or your hands, would be MUCH better. With a gun, killing people is too fast and too easy, but if you want to kill somebody with your hands it takes skill, practice, and determination.

Last night we had a dude shoot four people on campus because the club wouldn't let him in. It was too easy for him.

That said, the deadliest thing i own, would be myself. Which isn't very deadly at all, but i don't own any knives and while my dad's house has it's fair share of rifles and handguns, my mom doesn't even like paintball guns.
