Where are the hit animations?

? There are hit decals. Animations could be modded but none that i have seen.

I'm pretty sure that valve said that they were going in. They either aren't in yet, or they weren't enabled for the vids.

well the impact of the bullets should imploy some sort of blowback even if its not the most realistic thing you have ever seen..

The striders clearly do have blowback. The rollermines definately do. The headcrab zombies certainly do (like when that barrel hits one from behind and its arm bends). So there's no technical reason why the combine can't or won't.

For bullets there is no reaction for enemies except the rollermines, and that's only because they're round physics objects

Sure, but there's no technical difference between bullets and other objects. Bullets impart force just like everything else.

I was thinking that, maybe, VALVe won't include Keyframe Blending because it would be kinda silly to have your enemies suffering things that don't affect yourself.
But they really said they would include it so...
...

Sure, but there's no technical difference between bullets and other objects. Bullets impart force just like everything else.

That doesn't change the fact that keyframe blending isn't in. Force from the bullets don't effect them until they die and become physics objects.
