Windows 7 Launch party

YEA-uh ... wait what? Does that mean yes but I can't have any? :(

yes it means I'll be drinking and you cant have any! ..I will NOT contribute to the delinquency of minors!!!

What does my coalmining job have to do with this! And I'm only YOUR minor, you old geezer.

no you're everybody's minor ..as in they play poker to see who gets the minor for the night at the old cell block

i hope it crashes your system and you lose all your personal data...you fag

The idea behind this latest promotional blunder is to recruit everyday people to host Windows 7 launch parties (think Tupperware or Super Bowl party) at their homes to share the product with their friends.

"blunder"? it's a stroke of genius as far as I'm concerned. I mean next to no effort on my part with a $300 payoff at the end! brilliant marketing strategy! ...not necessarily for microsoft but for the little people like me

Microsoft rolled out a YouTube video to demonstrate what a Windows 7 "house party" might look like. It features a demographically-correct cast of actors: The hipster white guy, the athletic black guy, the hot blonde and the older woman.

this is exactly what my launch party will look like I'm tthe hiot blonde

not too worry if that happens I'll just install my FREE copy of Vista premium that I got for FREE a few years back to go with my (almost free) copy of win xp. also I'm pretty sure win7 ultimate is called "ultimate" because it is immune from crashes and data wipes. this is a little known fact amongst the pleebs such as yourself who have windows basic installed on their highly inferior american pcs ;)

I've heard nothing but good things about Win7 so far.

I also get a free copy of Win7 Professional through my school. I already have it, but I'm too lazy to burn it and install it to try it out.

Maybe this weekend!

Aren't you still using Windows 98 stern?

Windows 7 party woo yeah!

*everyone sits and stares at loading bars for two hours*

one guy in the back: woo yeah
