What do you people think on the matter of gay marriage?
I find it horrific that Bush can allow places to ban it. It is taking things back to the 60's where a lot of horrible things happened to homosexuals because of the government.
If you think that gay marriage is wrong, please tell me why.
If you think that gays are not natural, you are wrong - humans are born bisexual, it is the society that makes them straight or gay. Some people will find some people of the same sex attractive, if you have a problem with that that's fine, but it should not give you the right to stop it.
If you think they are bad parents I'd disagree, homosexuals are often very caring people, and would make very good parents. If you think they would raise their child to be gay I believe you are misguided. They are aware of the predjudice homosexuals get and I'm sure would raise their children the same as you and me, encouraging their adopted son/daughter if they got in a relationship of the opposite sex.
It is a fair enough argument to say that seeing your parents together if they were gay may encourage you to be gay - but I think that by the time they start feeling sexually motivated at puberty they will have been in such a heterosexual envirmonment at school they will be able to make their own minds up on who they liked.
And if they did grow up to be gay. So what? What harm does that do society?
The only harm comes from people too ignorant to appreciate that the rest of the world does not think exactly the same as them.
^My view.
