Im looking to get a good monitor soon, with high frame right made for graphics- no flat panels or LCD cause they suck. But I want like a .. I think its a viewsonic? Make the CRT monitors. I had a guy tell me at CompUSA that those would be the best for graphics, what do you guys think?

Like I noticed, I was 14 and I did some push ups whatever, and I got to where i could do alot, within like 2 weeks. I advance at a fast pace when i work out.

Working out is very fun.

The kind of work I do calls for strength, I used to work for a tree farm and had to pick up over 100 pound trees. Etc. But yea I see how it looks dumb :P

Just woundering how many people here work out? And what you do etc. :sniper: I do alot of ab workout and muscle building, I dont use alot of supplements. Just stuff like L-glutamine that is a natural muscle healer that your body produces. Anybody know of any good stuff? Or any good work outs?
