Im looking to get a good monitor soon, with high frame right made for graphics- no flat panels or LCD cause they suck. But I want like a .. I think its a viewsonic? Make the CRT monitors. I had a guy tell me at CompUSA that those would be the best for graphics, what do you guys think?
I was 17, now im 18 started working out again bout 4 days ago and can already tell im getting my tone back. I advance quickly when I work out. Like I noticed, I was 14 and I did some push ups whatever, and I got to where i could do alot, within like 2 weeks. I advance at a fast pace when i work out.

I was working out that whole time, but everyday for lunch I would eat 2 PIZZAS. And I still lost weight, don't ever go on a diet plan, its all bullshit, some people say you got to match calories, some people say...
The kind of work I do calls for strength, I used to work for a tree farm and had to pick up over 100 pound trees. Etc. But yea I see how it looks dumb :P
For the little mans question, natural supplements wont hurt your growth or make your "area" small. Now I never knew creatine had sideFX i was going to start taking it. What kind of sideFX?

I do alot of ab workout and muscle building, I dont use alot of supplements. Just stuff like L-glutamine that is a natural muscle healer that your body produces. Anybody know of any good stuff? Or any good work outs?
