mine stopped at 39% and now when I try to put it back to "Automatically update" in the options it says some error, saying theres no steam content servers available.

i'm at 39% for some reason, when I already fulled downloaded it before. And in the properties it says Offline Mode: Not ready; and says it requires an update.

well aslong as your on -5 GMT time your three hours ahead of Valve, meaning whenever they release it on their time, it'll be that + 3 hours. -4 GMT its 2 hours, -6 GMT its 4 hours, get it? Since valve is -8 GMT.
