I just realized that "Holidays" could mean they release it in November, or even the end of October. Which means only a month to go! Maybe.

Extended version meaning...with mods? Would we have to pay more? Heck, I'll just download the user-made ones. Mods should always be bloody free, I say!

Ack. I'm really disappointed. I thought that for once, a gaming company was going to live up to their claims of a finishing date. I wouldn't mind *at all* if it was a week or two, but two months seems ridiculous. I mean...they were *WAY* off base for this game being finished. Man.

Hmmm...my general consensus from reading the recent e-mails and the recent information is that HL2 will be *extremely* close to the September 30th release date at the very most. There's no way that if a delay is a plausible outcome, that it would be for very long. Either way you swing it...
