In wich country do you live? Because here (Sweden) they seem to have vanished.
If anyone needs to know, I could give you two links to overklocking and unlocking a 9500PRO.
And you seriously think there is one of those left on the market?
If a 9500 with 256bit memory and 4*1 pipelines can perform lika a 9700, why shouldn't an overklocked 9500PRO with 128bit memory and 8*1 pipelines do it?
How long could you go with you budget? How much do you have?
Why should it be über just because it costs much and it's much in it? You could have saved your money by investing more in some things more then other things.
And $1750 is mad.
So you can shoot holes in fishtanks? If it's not nedeed for the game, it won't be there, simple as that.
That's not what a would call fluid water, it's fake, but looks good.
Me to :(
Aah, prismtanks
Hahaha, motorcycles :D
Looking forward to this one.
Generals sucked in singeplayer, but it's alot of fun for a LAN. Me and two of my friends tried it out 3vs4 on brutal, damn it was fun :)
Well, everbody should know that a P3 500Mhz with a TNT2 card isn't enough, but an Athlon 3000+ and Radeon 9800PRO will run it on full detail.
THAT, you should know.
And both of those cards should run it just perfectly.
I really disagree with you, people should be alowed to post a hardware...
Sadly, there are no 9500 left that can be modded into 9700.
But, if you overklock a 9500PRO enough, wouldn't it make it a 9700? I don't remember the difference between them. 9500PRO=128bit
9700=265bit
Or?
For all I know, Gabe and team have said 800Mhz and DX6 graphics card, and a recommended setting of 2Ghz (P4, or AMD equall) with a DX9 graphics card. Don't know about the RAM though, but I have little doubt that at least the recommended RAM is 512.
But that could change, offcourse.
Now, here's something we can think about.
HL2, wich is sponsord (or how you should call it, and spell it) by ATI, they showed it of on their 9800PRO. So people just kind know that with that card, it will run the best.
But D3 and Stalker, wich are display on nvidia cards, recently the 5900, we...
